SALMON PATTIES 
1 can salmon
Old Bay seasoning to taste
1 small onion, diced into small pieces (optional)
1 egg
1/2 c. seafood breader
frying oil, preheated on medium (I use Wesson oil)
1 tbsp. mustard

Drain salmon and place in medium mixing bowl. Add egg and Bay seasoning. Stir in mustard; add diced onion. Stir in seafood breader. Form into patties. Fry on medium heat until brown. Then flip; fry until brown.
