SALMON PATTIES OR BALLS 
1 lg. can pink salmon
1 can crab meat
1 med. boiled potatoes, mashed
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. green onion, chopped
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper

Mix well in large bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Make patties or balls. Roll in flour, then deep fry until golden brown. Makes about 10 patties, depending on the size.
