SALMON PATTIES 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/3 c. finely minced onions
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dill weed
Dash of pepper

Mix all ingredients. Shape into 8 thick patties. Pan fry on both sides in 2 tablespoons oil or butter until golden brown.
