SWISS 'N SPINACH SQUARES 
2 lbs. fresh spinach, washed, remove stems
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, washed, remove stems
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 eggs
1 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
1 or 2 tsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Saute spinach, chopped and onion in butter. Add chopped mushrooms and saute. Add salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Add 1/2 pound shredded cheese and eggs, slightly beaten. Add flour, mix all. Spread into 9 inch square, lightly greased baking dish. Cover with rest of cheese. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees, covered with foil.
