BAKED TOMATOES 
(A great dish during the winter months, when fresh tomatoes don't taste good.) Seasoned salt Parmesan cheese Parsley flakes

Place halved tomatoes in baking dish. Sprinkle to taste with seasoned salt, Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes. Cook on high in microwave 2 to 3 minutes or bake about 20 minutes in 350 degree oven.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
