LIME-PINEAPPLE SALAD 
2 pkgs. lime Jello
3 tbsp. sugar
4 c. boiling water
1 c. pineapple syrup
2 eggs
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
3 c. chopped apples
3 c. bananas
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Chopped nuts

Combine lime Jello, 3 tablespoons sugar and boiling water. Allow to cool. Add apples, bananas and crushed pineapple. Place in 9x15 inch pan. Cook pineapple syrup, 1/2 cup sugar, eggs and flour. Cook until thick. Let cool. Mix Cool Whip with cooled sauce. Spread over set Jello. Top with chopped nuts.
