TUNA MOLD 
2 env. Knox unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. water
1 can tomato soup
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. diced pepper or celery
1/2 c. diced fresh onion
1 c. real mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of salt
2 cans water packed tuna (can substitute shrimp or crab meat)

Heat all 3 ingredients until warm. Remove from heat and add cream cheese. Mix with fork or whisk. Whisk until cheese is melted (slice cheese into 1/4 inch strips). Cool. Then add green pepper or celery, fresh onion, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Refrigerate until slightly set. Add tuna. Place in separate bowl and break tuna up until fine (do not add tuna directly into mix). Place in greased mold overnight.
