1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
Parsley, handful
Grated cheese (Pecorino or Parmigiano), handful
3 c. cut up squash, with skin
1/2 c. onions, chopped fine

Mix all of above in a bowl. Place in greased pie pan and into oven. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
