RICE PILAF 
1 stick butter
1 chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 c. rice
4 beef bouillon cubes
4 c. boiling water

In a large casserole dish (Corning), melt butter. Add chopped onion and mushrooms and saute several minutes. Add rice and mix well. Add boiling water with bouillon cubes to mixture. Stir well. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees. Stir before serving.
