CARAWAY PORK RIBS & SAUERKRAUT 
2 or 3 lbs. of country style pork ribs
1 bag sauerkraut
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. caraway seeds
1 tbsp. oil

Brown pork in oil, drain and place in crock pot. Drain sauerkraut and add brown sugar and caraway seeds. Mix together and place on top of pork. Cook high for 1 hour, then on low all day. Serve with mashed potatoes or whatever you prefer.
