BANANA PUDDING CAKE 
1 or 2 sm. ripe bananas
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. banana cream or vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

Slice bananas into large mixing bowl. Beat until well mashed. Add remaining ingredients. Blend, then beat at medium speed of mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into well greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes.
