BARBECUED PECANS 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. catsup
2 dashes of hot sauce
4 c. pecan halves
Salt to taste

Melt butter in a Dutch oven. Remove from heat; add Worcestershire sauce, catsup and hot sauce, stirring well. Add pecans, stirring to coat.

Spread pecans evenly in a 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 13 to 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Place pecans on paper towels; sprinkle lightly with salt and cool completely. Yield: 4 cups.
