BARBARA'S LAST MINUTE CASSEROLE 
2 to 3 lb. of ground beef
1 to 2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. noodles or macaroni
1 to 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion
1 to 2 cans English peas (optional)

Saute onions, add ground beef and brown. Drain fat. Stir in sour cream, soup, peas, and cooked noodles. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pyrex. Bake at 350 degrees until heated thoroughly.
