STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS 
3 chicken breasts, halved, boned and skinned
6 slices boiled ham
3 slices Mozzarella cheese, cut in half
1/4 c. melted butter

CRUMBS:

1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. crumbled parsley
1/2 tsp. sage

Place 1 slice of ham and 1/2 slice of cheese on each breast half. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Dip into the melted butter and then the crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Shake and bake can be used in place of the crumb mixture. If you like the crumb mixture spicier, add 1/2 teaspoon each onion powder, garlic powder and chili powder.
