2 lbs. boneless chicken breast 4 thin slices ham 4 slices white American cheese Stuffing 1/4 c. oil 1/2 tsp. garlic 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. rosemary Salt and pepper to taste Cut breasts in two pieces. Then pound them thin. Place chicken skin side down, lay ham, then cheese on each piece, then add your own stuffing. Slowly roll chicken over so their in a ball. Grease the chicken with oil, then sprinkle with seasoning. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |
