EASY CHICKEN CORDON BLEU WITH
STUFFING
 
1 pkg. broccoli florets
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. butter
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
6 skinned boneless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
6 slices ham
6 slices Swiss cheese

Boil florets, water, and butter until tender, not mushy. Mix in stuffing and let stand 5-10 minutes. In Pyrex baking dish sprayed with Pam; add breasts, salt and pepper, ham, and cheese. Top with the stuffing mixture. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. Take from oven and pour 1 jar of warmed chicken gravy over top.
