EASY CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, about 4 oz. each
4 (96%) fat-free smoked ham slices from 6 oz. pkg.
4 slices reduced-fat Muenster cheese from 6 oz. pkg.
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables and pasta in garlic seasoned sauce

Heat broiler. Pound each chicken breast half between 2 sheets wax paper to 1/4 inch thickness, using meat pounder or rolling pin. Top with slice each of ham and cheese, trimming to fit if necessary.

Fold each breast lengthwise in half; skewer closed on 3 sides with wooden picks. Sprinkle with thyme; place on rack in broiler pan.

Broil 4-5 inches from source of heat, 3-4 minutes on each side until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted. Meanwhile, prepare vegetables and pasta to serve with chicken.
