APPLE-GRAPE SOUFFLE SALAD 
1 small pkg. lime or lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. salad dressing
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. apples, diced (leave some unpeeled for color)
1 c. seedless red grapes
1/4 - 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat first 6 ingredients together in small mixing bowl. Put into ice cube tray (without dividers) and quick chill for 15-20 minutes or until mixture is firm about 1 inch around edge but still soft in center. Put refrigerated mixture back into bowl and whip until fluffy then fold in fruits and nuts. Chill but do not freeze.

I used grape jello too, it's great!
It sets up well. I used a 1.5 C hot water.
