SUGAR PLUM CAKE 
2 c. self rising flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. Crisco oil
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 jar junior prunes
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice

Mix sugar, egg and oil in bowl, sift flours and add spices and add to other ingredients. Add prunes and nuts. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees, then 30 minutes at 300 degrees.

GLAZE:

1/3 c. light brown sugar
2 tbsp. water
1/4 stick butter

Cook over low heat until mixture bubbles and pour over cake.
