BRANDON'S BANANA PANCAKES | |
2 c. Bisquick 1 c. milk 2 eggs 1 ripe banana (speckled but not brown) Mash peeled banana with a fork. Beat together banana and remaining ingredients with a mixer until well blended. Preheat pancake griddle (grease if necessary). Pour by 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry and/or underside is golden brown. Flip pancakes and cook until golden. Serve with butter and syrup. |
