BOOK CLUB BARS 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. coconut

Mix together and pat into a 9 x 12 inch lightly greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

When cool, glaze with a thin mixture of powdered sugar and lemon juice. Can also zig-zag a thin line of melted chocolate over bars. Cut when cool. Can be doubled. Makes 30 bars.
