1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. Crisco
1/3 c. butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3 rounded c. flour

Mix all ingredients. Roll dough very thin on floured surface. Cut with biscuit cutter. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees until done.
