BUBBLE LOAF 
2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter, melted

Let dough thaw; knead and let rise again. Grease an angel food cake pan. Pinch off dough and roll to size of walnut. Roll in melted butter, then in sugar and cinnamon mix.

Place in layers in pan, sprinkling each layer with nuts. Sprinkle any remaining sugar and butter over the top. Let dough rise until double in size. Bake; cool on plate.

Place foil under pan while baking.
