CHICKEN SALAD 
5 c. cooked, diced chicken
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt

Combine the five above ingredients and set aside.

1 1/2 c. chopped celery 13 oz. can drained pineapple tidbits 1 can mandarin oranges 1 c. slivered almonds 1 1/2 c. salad dressing 3 c. cooked rice (opt.)

Combine last 7 ingredients and add to the chicken. Mix and chill. Serves 8 people.
