CRABMEAT IMPERIAL 
1 diced green pepper
2 diced pimientos
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
2 whole eggs, well beaten
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce to taste
1/4 tsp. onion salt
Paprika
3 lb. crabmeat

TOPPING:

Additional mayonnaise
Bread crumbs
Butter

Blend all ingredients except crabmeat and paprika. Add crab gently and put mixture into shells or ramekins. Top with light coating of mayonnaise. Sprinkle with paprika and crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 12 generously.
