CREAMED CHICKEN 
3 whole chicken breast; salted, cooked, deboned & cut in about 2 inch pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 carton sour cream
1 roll (1 stick) of Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Place chicken in 9 x 13 slightly buttered container. Mix soups and sour cream and pour over chicken. Crush the crackers and place on top. Warm butter and drizzle over top. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
