DUTCH OVEN CHICKEN | |
1 1/2 c. sour cream 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. celery salt 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. lemon juice 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed 6-8 boneless chicken breasts 1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed 3 tbsp. melted butter Combine sour cream, lemon juice, and the remaining seasonings. Dip chicken pieces in this mixture and then in the crushed Ritz crackers. Place chicken pieces on flat buttered baking pan. Drizzle butter on chicken pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. |
