DUTCH OVEN CHICKEN 
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
6-8 boneless chicken breasts
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
3 tbsp. melted butter

Combine sour cream, lemon juice, and the remaining seasonings. Dip chicken pieces in this mixture and then in the crushed Ritz crackers. Place chicken pieces on flat buttered baking pan. Drizzle butter on chicken pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.

We made this Dutch Oven Chicken for Memorial Day 2010, it was a success! The chicken was juicy and outside was crispy. The flavor was even better. I havn't dutch ovened in a long while and this made a great beginning.

I chose this recipe for dinner last minute cause I had it all on hand. I was not expecting such a fantastic and juicy chicken. I would have to give this a 5! I was pressed for time while making this and decided to Pound the chicken to 1/4 inch thick. Cooked for 30 minutes in the Dutch oven at 350°F. It was PERFECT! My husband loved it. I think I'll add this to my favorites list!
