PECAN BRITTLE | |
3 c. sugar 1 c. light Karo syrup 1/2 c. water 3 c. pecans 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. butter Boil first 3 until it strings. Add pecans and cook until it turns brown. You'll be able to smell when the pecans are cooked. Add last 3 ingredients. Stir and pour onto greased foil. |
