MASHED POTATO SALAD 
10 medium to large potatoes
6 eggs
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 onion, minced (or more)
1 tsp. dry ground mustard
1 tsp. sea salt (or salt substitute)
2 tsp. fresh dill (do not omit but can cut it down to taste)

Boil potatoes and eggs for about one hour or until tender on medium high. Mix together mayonnaise, Miracle Whip, minced onion, ground mustard, sea salt and fresh dill. Set in refrigerator until potatoes and eggs are done.

When potatoes and eggs are done give them a cold water bath until cooled. Peel potatoes and eggs. Mash by hand - the potatoes they should be in small chunks. Rough chop the eggs. Mix all together well.

Note: Can serve right away but best to let sit an hour or more.
