Combine:

2 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained well
1/4 c. minced bell pepper
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt

Chill until firm and roll log in 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans. Garnish with cherries and parsley.
