CHEESE LOG 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1 pkg. (2 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 sm. pkg. dried beef, chopped fine
Sm. amount of chopped onion

Blend together. Shape into a ball or a log. Put in refrigerator and chill a few hours or overnight.
