MOM'S RHUBARB PUDDING CAKE 
1 c. sugar
1 egg

Beat together.

Add: 1 tsp. baking soda, add to cream 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. flour 3 1/2-4 c. diced raw rhubarb 1 tsp. vanilla

Bake in 9 x 13 inch glass cake pan, 35 minutes.
