SHRIMP JAMBALAYA 
1 1/2 lbs. lg. shrimp
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 bay leaf
1 1/2 c. water
2 cloves chopped garlic
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. canned tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. rice (reg.) - NOT INSTANT

Cook shrimp and set aside. Saute green pepper, onion, garlic in butter. Add everything but the shrimp. Cook 30 minutes until the rice is cooked. Add shrimp and heat.
