SHRIMP JAMBALAYA 
1 lb. cooked shrimp
3/4 lb. cubed ham
4 slices bacon, diced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. diced celery
2 cans tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. seasoned pepper
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Pinch of dried basil
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 c. cooked rice

Fry bacon. Add green pepper, onion, garlic and celery. Cook until tender. Stir flour and seasonings into bacon grease. Add tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens. Add cooked shrimp, ham and rice. Heat and serve.
