DADDY'S SHRIMP & OYSTER
JAMBALAYA
 
4 dozen med. shrimp
4 dozen oysters
3 lg. onions, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
1/2 c. Crisco
1 tsp. garlic
2 sm. cans tomato paste

Melt Crisco, add chopped onions and garlic. Saute 2 minutes. Add peppers and tomato paste. Cook on low heat 1 1/2 hours. Add shrimp, cook 10 minutes. Stir often. Add oysters, cook 10 minutes; stir. Add 2 cups cooked white rice and serve at once. Serves 12.
