CRAWFISH/SHRIMP JAMBALAYA 
1 lb. crawfish
1 lb. shrimp
2 sticks butter, melted
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
Onion tops
Parsley
3 c. rice
2 cans chicken broth
1 can mushrooms, drained
Salt and pepper to taste
Red pepper to taste
Garlic powder

Place all ingredients in rice cooker; cook. Let stand 20 minutes after bell rings before serving.

1 cup rice for rice cooker equals 3/4 cup rice in a 8 ounce measuring cup.
