HAMBURGER SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef (or turkey)
1 (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (or 2 reg. size canned Veg-All)
1 can vegetable flakes (found in spice department)
1 (46 oz.) tomato juice
4 c. water

Brown and drain ground beef or turkey. Mix all ingredients in large pot; simmer.
