ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
3 c. zucchini, thinly sliced (about 4 sm. ones)
1/2 c. oil
1 clove garlic, minced
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Combine all ingredients, adding zucchini last after all other ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Spread in greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
