GINGER COOKIES 
2 c. lard
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. molasses
1 c. honey
1 c. water
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 scant tbsp. ginger
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
7 c. flour

Drop, or chill and roll. Bake at 400 degrees.
