STIR FRIED CABBAGE 
1 head cabbage, shredded
3-4 tbsp. bacon grease
4-5 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/4 c. chopped onion

Fry bacon; crumble and set aside. Saute onion in grease. Drain and reserve 3 to 4 tablespoons of the grease. Put the cabbage in the grease and fry, stirring until cooked and tender. Add the bacon and onion just before completion of cooking.
