STIR FRY CABBAGE 
1 med. cabbage, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
2 green onions with tops, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with 1 tbsp. cold water
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 lg. cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger

Heat oil in skillet or wok and add cabbage and garlic; stir-fry for 1 minute. Add ketchup, salt, pepper sauce, soy sauce, broth, and ginger; stir-fry for 1 minute. Stir in cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened; stir in green onions. Enjoy!
