STIR FRIED CABBAGE 
1 tsp. oil
1 lb. Chinese cabbage
1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds (optional)
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 green onions, cut into long slices
2 tsp. soy sauce

Heat oil in large skillet or wok. Saute crushed garlic for 2-3 minutes. Discard garlic. Toss cabbage and green onions in hot oil. Stir 3-5 minutes or until cabbage is slightly wilted. Stir in soy sauce. Top with sesame seeds if you choose to. (4 servings)
