STIR FRIED CABBAGE 
1 lb. cabbage
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil (peanut preferred)
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 green onions, chopped

Cut cabbage fine. In bowl, combine sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, pepper, salt. Heat oil in large skillet. Add onion and garlic and stir fry 2 minutes. Add cabbage and stir for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the sugar/vinegar mixture, heat through. Serve warm. (Great way to use cabbage from the garden!)
