1 lb. round steak, cut in sm. pieces 1 can tomatoes 2 stalks of celery, cut in sm. pieces 1 green pepper 2 onions, cut in sm. pieces 1 sm. can pimentos 1 can sm. mushrooms 1 tbsp. olive oil Chili powder, salt & pepper to taste Put olive oil into a pan and place over moderate fire, add the cut up meat and onions and allow to cook until slightly brown. Add all other ingredients, cut into small pieces and season to taste. Cook over slow flame for 3 hours. Noodles, macaroni or rice are good served with this dish. |
