NIKKI'S EASY (BUT DELICIOUS)
CHICKEN DISH
 
1 lb. chicken, cut in strips (I prefer white meat)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. water
1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen broccoli (spears make the prettiest dish, but any kind works)
1 c. shredded cheese (any kind)
Salt & pepper

You may increase or decrease the amount of chicken, broccoli or cheese to your liking.

Boil chicken in skillet in just a little water; drain. Put chicken in 9"x13" pan. Cover with cooked broccoli. In separate bowl mix soup and water. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Cover with cheese, salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
