PINEAPPLE CHICKEN DISH 
10 chicken thighs and breasts, skinned
Spray cooking oil on bottom and sides of dish
Poultry seasoning
Lemon and herbs, Top Chop
Lite salt and pepper
20 oz. can of pineapple chunks and juice over top

Cover dish with aluminum foil. Place in 350 degree oven. Cook for 20 minutes. Uncover and cook 25 minutes or until tender.

You may use Lipton onion sop or cream of mushroom soup in place of pineapple. Use some onion rings with mushroom soup. Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour until done.
