WARM CHEESY SALSA DIP 
1 c. salsa
4 oz. light cream cheese
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 tbsp. sliced green onions

In medium microwave-safe bowl, combine salsa and cheeses. Microwave on high for 2-4 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring twice during cooking time. Sprinkle with onions. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.

1 3/4 cups. Per 1 tablespoon serving - 30 calories, 2 g fat, 7 mg cholesterol, 10-5 mg sodium.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
