Easy White Gravy

Being a Southerner, I've made this gravy my whole life. I suggest adding a couple of drops of Gravy Master or Worcestershire to make the flavor pop. If you want a brown gravy, use beef bullion instead of milk.

This is an awesome recipe. Super fast, super simple and really good! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the flavor. No, its not a bad taste, it is just slightly bland. Still sooo good :)

Best and easiest recipe. Only suggestion is don't ever use skim milk - I had issues with it being to thin.

Doesn't anyone realize that this is just a "white sauce" which has been around for years?? There are 3 recipe versions: thin, medium and thick which you can use for various recipes.

I made this tonight as I needed gravy for some meatballs and mashed potatoes. It was great. I did add a little worcestershire sauce to it for a little kick. Delicious and very easy to make.
