SOUPER STEW 
1 lb. beef stewing meat, cut in cubes
1/2 lb. pork, cubed
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. potato, cubed
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can Campbell's zesty tomato soup

Roll meat in seasoned flour. Brown in 3 tablespoons hot oil in heavy kettle. Cover with boiling water and simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Add onion and potato. Continue cooking 30 minutes longer, then add frozen vegetables and the can of soup. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes longer. If desired, cook dumplings or biscuits on top. Serves 6.
