CAULIFLOWER-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) box frozen cauliflower
1 (10 oz.) box frozen broccoli spears

Cook partly - about 3 minutes. About 1/8 can milk 1/2 heaping c. sharp Cheddar cheese, cut in sm. cubes or pieces (they melt in, so don't be fussy) 1/2 - 3/4 can French fried onion rings

Put partly cooked vegetables in casserole. In bowl mix soup, milk and cheese. Put this over vegetables and mix it in vegetables.

Bake 350 degrees, uncovered, about 40 minutes. Put onion rings on top. Bake another 15 minutes.

This recipe can be doubled.
